The service
Exabread accepts supported project files and generates bring-up firmware and related results. Features, supported hardware, limits, and availability may change.
Accounts
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping credentials and API keys secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Your projects and output
You keep ownership of project files you upload. You give Exabread permission to host, copy, and process those files only as needed to operate and support the service. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use the generated output.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to upload your files and use the service lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, bypass limits or security controls, upload malicious content, misuse another person’s account, or use Exabread to violate another person’s rights.
Hardware and firmware risk
Generated firmware may interact with physical hardware. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all output before relying on it or using it on equipment. Use appropriate safety precautions and backups.
Closed beta
Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or become unavailable. Access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time.
Exabread property
Exabread and its software, branding, documentation, and service design remain the property of Exabread and its licensors. These Terms do not grant rights to them except the limited right to use the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exabread disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exabread will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profits, business, or hardware damage arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the service. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect Exabread, users, or others.
